I started my LowStressLife Etsy Shop in 2020 as a way to help others manage the stress that comes with leading a modern life full of noise and distractions. Having lived with high levels of anxiety for over 12 years, I wanted to create a set of products for myself and others that would allow us to take back control from the anxiety monster! After finding success on Etsy, I decided to go a step further with my very own website in 2024.
