Refund policy
As LowStressLife sells digital products, not physical goods or services, we are unable to prevent you from accessing files that you have already received and downloaded. We therefore maintain a strict policy regarding refunds for digital products once an order is confirmed and the product is sent.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you are able to seek recourse against the seller if your digital download is defective. LoweStressLife retains the right to issue refunds if there is a technical issue with the product you have purchased or the product description on the website was misleading. The window for applying for a refund in 60 days from the moment of purchase.
Technical issues include the following scenarios:
Non-delivery of the product: In some cases issues with your email service provider or personal mail server can prevent an email with your purchase from arriving. Please do contact us for help if you think this has occurred and we will do our best to solve the situation for you.
Defects with the Product: While each LowStressLife spreadsheet goes through rigorous pre-release testing, unforeseen errors may occur. If you discover an error or require technical help, please contact us for support.
Product does not Match Description: Please report issues related to product descriptions to us by email within 30 days of purchase. Evidence must be provided to support your claim, showing that the product you purchased is not as described on the product description page. Complaints based on false expectations or wishes will not be honored.
Each product comes with a set of recommended third party software (such as GoogleSheets) outlined in product descriptions. LowStressLife does not bear responsibility for the use of our products with non-recommended third party software (such as Excel and Numbers) for which our products were not designed, and do not accept any refund requests based on incompatibility of our products with this third-party software.
LowStressLife is not required to provide refunds or credit in the following scenarios:
- Changing your mind regarding an item
- Purchase of the wrong product
- A lack of enough expertise and/or tools to use your purchase
The above Refund Policy is prominently displayed on our website for public access. Please remember that as a customer purchasing a product through the LowStressLife website you are considered to be aware of our Refund Policy provisions.
